Title: Bacon wrapped chicken
Post by: Flyboyandre on February 27, 2012, 01:27:02 PM
The chicken breasts and bacon looked so out of place in the fridge.
I just had to join them after tumbling the chicken in my Reveo.
secret marinade. Curious about the taste.

I'm thinking the taste will be great,,,,,,,,,,,but you will find the flesh of the chicken not wrapped in bacon will become a little tuff.

Best to wrap the whole breast with bacon to keep the flesh tender.

... and, of course, to have more bacon to eat - always a good thing.

I totally agree but thats what i get when there is only one pack of bacon in my fridge  ;D
The Reveo does a wonderful job on the tenderizing side :)
