Brother-in-law just brought me some "slap ya mama" cajun seasoning from Naw Lins.

Can't wait to try it !

I use it on an everyday basis.. Good stuff and less salt..

I bought some when I was in NOLA not too long ago.  I use it on just about everything.  It is really good, IMHO.  Hard to find in NC, but I finally found a store (Southern Seasons in Chapel Hill) that had a special display on all their products.  They just started carrying it.

I think I converted my son to it also.

Just had some on boudin and scrambled eggs thanks to some dude named Nepa  ;D
