The lower trim on the front of the actual door cracked on my bds last week. I have no idea how it happened. I just called Bradley and they are sending out a complete door free of charge!! Should be here Wednesday or Thursday shipping from Illinois. They said sometimes it happens from improper assembly.
No questions, no fuss, no sending in the door for repair, no pics even required. Answered on the first call, and isn't costing me a cent. WOW!!
Now if everything went that smooth...
