My BTSIS1 is stuggling to keep 200 deg today. It's 48 deg F today, not too bad the wind is light and it is sitting on my porch under cover. Got 3 racks of ribs in there. I'm working on a little insulated shed for it to live in so that will probably help quite a bit when I get that done. Maybe I will have to do the heater mod................ :(
It'll be fine. Low and slow. Don't open the door. Try a couple of bricks in there to get the temp back up quicker after opening the door. You want to have these in when pre heating. I had two live in my bradley for 3 years. ;D
