Good thing about having a pops (dad) that's retired, I have a never ending supply of crappie coming in.
I've fried, baked, grilled, but never smoked.
I'm still a newbie, so anybody have a good crappie recipe for Mr. Bradley?

I caught a few crappie many years ago while taking a detour from the Bass. I smoked them on an old bullet smoker. I don't recall all that I did but if I probably did a simple salt and pepper seasoning and then smoked them. Was an amazing flavor and I think they can stand on their own at least for the first time. You have my envy.
