Title: St. Paddy's Strami
Post by: SnellySmokesEm on March 19, 2012, 11:28:04 AM
Since the wife wont eat corned beef and cabbage  :'( :-\
I took my cured corned beef rinsed it and rubbed with some of Uncle Louis Pastrami Rub.  Ruebens are on the menu for this week!

I found this cured flat at Sams and thought it would be the perfect size for slicing.   It's about the size of a pork tenderloin.

All wrapped up tight for a few days of fridge love.

Looks good Snelly  I like the pastrami much better than the corned beef.  Will buy a flat now that they are on sale.
