Title: First time beef short rib question
Post by: Roget on March 19, 2012, 04:48:50 PM
I have never smoked beef short ribs.

Should I do them similar to pork ribs?

Same procedures, smoke time and cook time?

I don't use a meat probe for pork ribs, but as meaty as these are should I use one? And If so what IT should I shoot for?

Thanks in advance for any help here.

I do them the same. No probe. They have their own done meter. ;D
