I'm new to this forum but ready to meet others who have the same passion for smoking meat as I do. Currently I have a Brinkman Smoke Pit that I've been using for nearly 5 yrs. I have had much success with this smoker. I just bought a Bradley BTIS1 electric smoker and am trying to get familiar with it. Tommorow I going to smoke a bacon basket weaved tenderloin, going to applewood smoke it. Anyone have any tips they want to provide, I'm open to suggestions. Thanks again and happy smokin !!@@!!

Yes I'm from Kentucky, Flemingsburg to be matter of fact. Lol and no jelly with me. And a quick question, do you have to do the verification thing every time you post or reply?
The verification thing will go away after you make a few posts. I don't know exactly how many but it will go away.
