Title: yard bird.
Post by: hybridcx on March 20, 2012, 07:31:48 PM
so dad had knees replaced so thought we would smoke them up some chicken to keep them from cooking and i have been wanting to try the chicken tickler rub I picked up

decided to film one of the three rather than all 3 rubbed and ready

out and done

wrapped up in foil and drooped off for dinner. the chicken tickler is a killer rub and will be using it from now on.
