Title: Oops! 200 degree Bacon

Made some Maple bacon with tender quick.
Didn't pay close enough attention yesterday and the temp went through the roof,some pieces 200.
I was really worried,but tried some tonight and it was still just awesome.
I WILL have to pay close attention when frying it though,it will burn easily.

Next week Canadian Bacon,and I'll be sure to watch it closely,no fat to save it if overcooked!
