has anyone tried to do this at home.
I had some professionaly done, they told me they lightly cold smoke it.
a fisherman friend of mine gave me some and i was wandering what the prooer technique is.
any one had any success with a bradley,,,,
brines,
smoking temps,
wood flavors,,,etc, any help would be apprcieated,
cause i am gonna be shooting in the dark on this one,
