I'm going to cure some bacon (20 lbs - 3 different types) but while that cures I'll be making some butt with a hunk (about 6 lbs) using Jan's and another using Gate's BBQ rub from KC.

One thing I am doing is converting (closely) Jan's and Meatman's Memphis Dust to metric weights (as much as I can) and will post those too to be a bit more generally accurate.
