I've seen it mentioned a few times, to keep a log of how things go whenever you use the smoker.

What stuff are you guys logging?

LOL. Nothing, I wing it every time. Them I get P O'd cause I cant remember how I did it the last time. ;D

Thanks! The Excel file will be great - can just put that in my iPad and not have to worry about it!
