Piggly wiggly had butts for $1.19 lb
A buddy called me and asked if i would smoke
A couple for him.

So i did :)
set the smoker for 225 degrees, popped them in at 6:00 p.m. they came out at 7:50 a.m.
even got a good nights rest.
