Title: Bad heating Element-Good Customer Service
Post by: Chomondely on September 12, 2012, 10:52:37 AM
Heating element bad. I called Bradley and a new one was delivered  in three days. I wish that  the instructions mentioned that I needed a 7mm wrench. Replacement went pretty fast after that. My neighbor suggested that I would work better if I had a couple of beers. My wife said that beer would not help. I pointed out that beer was good because it made women look better. Oh well, if the garage is good enough for my Bradley Smoker, then it is good enough for me.

I'm in Houston. The garage will not cool off till November.
I should be back in the house by then.

Been a nice couple days this week. Except for the rain this weekend.
