Hey guys, I have a new original with a single probe PID. I want to try some jerky and saw a recipe on another forum that called for a 155 degree cooking temp.
Any tips or tricks to get my OBS to maintain 155?

Hi, try to only plug the smoke generator and NOT the element or use the cold smoke adaptor and then adjusting the heat. BTW Don't trust the door thermometer. Insert a digital one below the lowest rack you are cooking on.
