Anyone out there used any of the Mondostart brand starter cultures sold in Canada? I need some specs and guidance, especially for Mondostart 2M. I contacted the company and they are reluctant to send me the spec sheets and yet the stuff is sold by a number of sausage supply houses without any info whatsoever.

Any more info on this stuff ?
I bought some umai bags and want to know if there have been any experiences with it....am currrently awaiting details from the place I purchased
