Title: Just about had a heart attack!!

Went to toss a few birds in the smoker and found this !!
As close to critital mass as I have EVER came!!  :o  ;D

I am just surprised that you had all the ingredients on hand. If it were me it would have involved a 1/2 day shopping trip  :o
