I have been using the Bradley for about 3 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed using it! As of late I am totally into curing pork loin for Canadian Bacon; have about 16 lbs. in the freezer! This past summer I smoked 75+ lbs. of meat for a rehearsal dinner ( brisket, pork butt, and chicken ) over a three day period; needless to say I love my Bradley! BTW coldest temperature smoked at: -42 F. Looking forward to learning a lot from this forum!

Great investment! By far the best 'appliance' I own!
Welcome to the boards, the Bradley is my favourite "appliance" by far
