Title: Hello!
Post by: Chip on April 09, 2006, 03:49:33 PM
Hello all!

My name is Chip Marshall and I just purchased a Bradlee SS Smoker.  After messing around with charcoal and blocks of wood, I am really exited about having a bit of "automation".

I tried the smoker out last weekend and made some fish jerkey.  Unfortunately, the salmon and tuna were supposed to be a "little" less done than that.  Oh well...lesson learned.

I have some trout that my brother and I caught over the weekend out there now.  They should be done about midnight EST.  I am going to be very patient with the temperature this time. ;)

Anyway, thanks for the smoker!

Cheers!

Chip

Welcome marshawk. Nice woodworking you do there. Now it's time to try a different type of wood work. Smoke on and have fun.
