Title: 4 hours in Turkey was at ITof 133

And hit 140 at the 4.5 hour mark.

I've always heard you're supposed to be above the danger zone within 4 hours. This is a 14 pound turkey, brined, and smoker is holding steady at about 225.

Please don't tell me I've got to toss this bird... :'(:-[:'(

Because your Turkey is brined you will be fine. Around 6-7 hours and it should be @ 165F and your done, don't worry
