Title: Grape Jelly/Ketchup Sauce

I was in the US for thanks giving and had meatballs in grape jelly and ketchup sauce.. has anyone tried this suace with ribs or wings??

Might have been something I would have tried when in my teens and very drunk  ;D ;D.

Actually grape jelly is a common ingrediant in bbq sauce never heard of in ketsup though.

I've tried the grape jelly, Heinz chili sauce and garlic powder with smoked meatballs.  Everybody loved it.. me not so much, to sweet.  All you can do is mix a small batch up and try it.  But put it on the end of the cook as it might burn with the sugar content.

I have had grape jelly and bbq sauce on meatballs, they are great.  What part of the US were you in?

The only one I know of is  1  jar of Heinz of and 1 large jar of grape jelly (some use 2 jars of jelly)  Heat together till smooth add meat and your ready!  Works great with meatballs,  Little Smokey's, hot dogs cut up
