I have followed the directions, checked the trouble shooting, and still no smoke. I have power, pucks are moving throught the smoker, tempurature is 200 but still not burning the pucks. Any suggestions....Thanks.
open the smoke generator and check the connections to the puck burner
Remove the smoke generator from the tower. Turn it upside down and remove the 8 screws from the perimeter of the bottom of the smoke generator. Don't remove the screws in the center. The generator will open "clam shell" fashion. Check and recheck every connection in there. Close it up, replece the screws and plug it in and see if the burner plate gets hot.
