Very new to the smoking world. Santa dropped it off on Christmas. Yesterday was the first chance I had to mess with it, so after reading the manual and alot of reading on this forum I seasoned it for a couple hours, then right into it with a 4 pound venision roast. It turned out excellent. I can't believe that everyone doesn't have one. Thanks to everyone that posts on this forum. I'm sure I'll have alot more questions.
