Title: Home ageing Poterhouse?
Post by: ChubbyBadnews on January 27, 2013, 06:55:35 PM
Want to try this for a while. Get yourself a nice piece of Porterhouse. Wrap with kitchen paper and leave in the bottom of your fridge for 7 days.

I went and got myself a lovely 1kg piece on friday. Its all wrapped up and in the fridge.

Heres what it looked like straight out of the butchers

I will take a picture when i take it out of the fridge. I am hoping for a bit more marbling after the seven days.

Should be an interesting little test.

Stay tuned :)
