This weekend in Springfield, Mo.....had a great time....54 teams, 13th in brisket, 23 in pork....didn't enter ribs or chicken...here are some picks.....had 16k or better people tryin samples of everyones Q. We smoker a little over 200lbs of meat for Saturday. Unfortunatly...no electrics allowed so the Bradley had 2 stay home :(

man we had a blast.....Big Smoker, my only advice is make a list and check it twice......I used one, but still managed to forget a lighter >:(. Take lots of beer, breakfast food, and aspirin.
