Title: Question on Jan's Rub

For pork loin in a slow cooker, how long should rub be on loin before starting slow cooker?  Wrap and refridgerate?  For how long?

Usually, I put the rub on, and straight into to the cooker of choice.

Overnight if you want.  Some just apply and right into the smoker, as has been mentioned.

welcome to the forum... rub the loin and straight into the crock pot ,,, or in fridge over night then into crock pot
