Title: bradley cold smoke box
Post by: cathouse willy on March 10, 2013, 12:24:44 PM
I've been wanting to set my obs and cold smoke adaptor in a smaller plastic garden shed. how much lower than the smoker must the cold smoke box be in order to get proper smoke circulation. The shed I have in mind is 43 inches tall inside so there's not a lot of clearance. Here's a link to the shed I have in mind.

I built a small shed for my Bradley and didn't build it tall enough for cold smoke, now I regret it.  I do more cold smoking now than I did when I first built it... maybe I'll re-build it.
