Here goes my first 2 chickens using tbe.

Jan's Rub and canola oil overnight

It's in the Bradley with hickory at 230 degrees.

I lost close to 40 degrees after I put in the chicken.  Next time I'll preheat to 260 degrees.

IT hit 130 and I moved it to tbe

Finished product at 165 IT

The skin was just ok.  Not great considering the reviews on tbe.
