For a new twist on shrimp, thought some of you may like this. I have done them for years and have always been requested at gatherings.
Use the largest shrimp you can find. Peel and leave tail on, you will need to purchase chicken breast or thighs. Remove the skin & freeze the meat for future use. Wrap each shrimp in chicken skin leaving tail exposed and secure with a toothpick. Season with your favorite cajun spice, and either deep fry, or cook over hot grill. Dip in your favorite sauce. You will love them.
