Title: Brisket
Post by: smokinjoe73 on June 18, 2013, 08:27:31 AM
Hello all, hope summer is going well. Can someone please point me in the right direction for a brisket recipe. I would like to try my first one tomorrow.
Rubs? Times? Techniques.
All that great stuff. Thanks in advance

Check the Our Time Tested and Proven Recipes (http://www.susanminor.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?180-Our-Time-Tested-and-Proven-Recipes) board.  There are a couple of listings under the Beef section, with pics and ideas.

Especially read what Pachanga says on the recipe site.  The boy knows brisket.
