I'm planning on smoking 12 large chicken legs in the Bradley today. (along with a batch of ABTs)
I have read every post I can find on the subject & still can't decide.
If I smoke them in the Bradley at 230 +- for 1 hour, about how long will they need in the TBE to finish them to 170 F?
Also, About how long will medium sized russet potatoes take in the TBE?
New thought.....Will the potatoes be good smoked? If yes, how long?

can't answer the leg question but potatoes take about 30-40 min on high on my SRG
