So we camped out this weekend and ended up next to a family that is on an amazing journey, sold their house and doing the RV thing around the country and writing a book about. anyways, i ended up giving them some pulled pork i had smoked and he gave me a sampling of this sauce that he had. his buddy made it, awesome story as well, ended up on that show chopped.
anyways its called sauce on purpose, its like a tangy spicy just all over good sauce, don't really know how else to explain it. i threw it on some steak, pulled pork, and even dipped a little piece of jerky in it.
