I need to get a bolt and nut for the heat plate on my smoke generator. I'm assuming its just stainless steel. I haven't called CS to make sure. They would be the ones to contact to make sure I get the right part, right?
If you take one of the bolts to a hardware store, such as Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, or other, you may be able to find a match. When you take the bolt to match it up, place the bolt in a sealable plastic bag. I can't tell you how much hardware I've lost by just putting it in my pocket without placing it in a bag first.
