Title: cheddar curds
Post by: pensrock on August 31, 2013, 12:57:40 PM
While I was smoking some spares in the BCS I figured I would throw some curds in the four rack, Its only in the low 80's today, no reason not to smoke some cheese.

Going in, making the smoke with my Smoke Daddy Clone modified with an electric ignitor so I do not have to mess around with a torch.  ;D

Close up of my setup.

Does it make enough smoke you may ask?

Ready to come out after a couple hours of cold smoking.

that's a neat looking set up you've got there, looks like it makes cold smoking a breeze.

Works well, just flip the switch on, fill with wood chips and plug the aquarium pump in. In a few minutes smokes flowing.

Nope, did not even squeek out of the bag, must not be as fresh as what you got in IA. But they are good.  :)
