I bought a Thermapen™ and the thing is awesome. Yes, I know that these things are very expensive, but they are the bees knees of digital meat thermometers. Handy to use and amazingly accurate. Boiling point of water in Denver? 203°, verified on the button in 2 secs. Just a fabulous tool.
