Title: Spicy Texas BBQ Sauce (my version)

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 large onion (chopped)
2 jalapenos,seeded (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsps. tomato paste
12 ozs. beer (your choice)
1/2 tsp. coarse salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Combine in a 2 quart saucepan and heat to boiling.Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
