newbie here and I have a dual probe auber for my obs. For my first smoke I am doing ribs and I really only need to set the temp at 225 and hold (I will just set the number of pucks I need with the bubba's at top). My question is what setting should I have my temperature dial set at? Middle, all the way up to high? This is what I am unclear about. Any help is great appreciated.

all the way high. The PID will control turning it on and off.
