How do you think using the digital 4 rack bradley smoker outside in minus 10 degrees would do?  Im afraid the digital box wont handle the cold very well.

Shouldn't be a problem, wind sucking the heat out of the cabinet will be the biggest challenge you could face.

I've used my digital 6 rack in subzero temps, it worked. The biggest problem I had was simply getting the stiff cords plugged in.
