I'm hoping that there are other crazy Canucks in my neighborhood that like Texas Style BBQ.

I have yet to find a good source for brisket. Best luck sofar has been the Co-Op but even that is not as nice as the pictures one sees :-)
Maybe they (the pictures) are just artificial :-))

Anyways, any Brisket Smokers in my neighborhood? I.e. Langley/Fraser Valley/Vancouver?

I'm going to try some this weekend but I don't hold out too much hope. Pretty skinny and not much fat so I'm still looking for a good source for future smokes. Guess next time I have to take some pictures along, as if they cared.

I've ordered good brisket from Johnston Packers in Sardis on Vedder Road. I call them up a couple of days in advance and place my order by weight and cut preferences.
