Hello all,
My wife and I used to grill alot of side pork over a low heat on a little weber. Season it up, grill it to your liking (crispy or chewy)and apply BBQ sauce towards the end and enjoy with some cold beer. Something we came up with while camping with some friends. But I was wondering has anyone tried smoking it? I got some going right now but I thought I would check to see if it has been done already.
