Well Bradley have my vote for best company, had a problem with my smoke generator, just wouldnt advance the bisquettes, phoned them up and had a talk with a rep, two days later new smoke generator on the doorstep. I am totally gobsmacked, an amazing display of customer service,
Incidentally the problem was stripped gears in the motor, made the suggestion that maybe they would be better to have them made of steel or brass?. having said that the rest of the machinery in there is of first class construction and material.
