Been wanting some jerky so got some whole strips getting ready.
My mix of hillbilly, cure 1, some chili sauce and a pinch of salt.

In a zip lock and fridge for a few hours. Massage the strips a few times while in the marinade.

In dehydrator at 150* for overnight.

Going to cut the strips down some so it looks like i have more :D

The jerky looks tasty. Sorry about the miss ID on the dehydrator. Looked just like my Nescos to me :-[ :-[
