Title: Salmon Again - might be a bullet proof 2 hour dinner
Post by: markkjacobs on July 20, 2014, 04:58:50 PM
Well, I did Salmon again. Due to on/off rain, couldn't do a long cook, so this fit in nicely (2 hours).

Turned out great, family loved it.  Moist and Flaky.

Looks good, I'd have to take out a loan here in Texas to get that much salmon at one time. lol

Even my brother in law, who I bribed with summer sausage, Canadian bacon, and smoked cashews for their fishing trip, didn't do that well by me.

In all fairness, they did miss the run this year.  I'm feeling well taken care of to have them share a few fillets.
