I used the recipe from the Bradley site, they turned out pretty well. Cold smoked for 2 hours and finished in the oven. They have a nice little kick with the cayenne and chilli pepper.

Those look great. I like the pepper idea for some heat.
Nice job!
My sister usually does our pumpkin seeds (we carve the pumpkins with my nephew), but I might give this a go next year.
I did not know there was a recipe for them on the Bradley site, I haven't looked at the actual Bradley site too much :-[
Never thought of smoking them. Did up a small batch in the oven the other day. Always like munching on them. May have to give the smoker a try if it ever stops raining.
Very tempting :) :) :)
Interesting, I would have never thought to smoke them
This was a kick-ass recipe, the heat is great and keeps building as you munch. I took some to work and they were a big hit, I honestly think I could sell them.
Now I LOVE pumpkin seeds but never tried them smoked, guess I'll have to try them.
Thanks for the idea
