Been reading about it almost forever and finally decided to bite the bullet and order some Carolina Treet. Was wondering what your favorite rubs and seasonings are that compliment Carolina Treet the best. The first thing I am doing is a whole chicken, but also curious for pork. Thanks in advance to all your suggestions!
Carolina Treet is awesome, you won't be disappointed. I like Jan's rub on it with chicken or anything.
