Got the Digital from Bubba today. Very happy !
But there is a "but': Packaging was perfect but inside the rear bottom of the smoker is damaged...
I think it felt almost flat as even foam wedges are in good shape...
Guess (hope) it's only the body and/or frame as inside is perfect.
Both plugs (power and temperature) are hard to plug now, but I can plug in them, so...
Did one of you encountered some body damage during shipment?
Can you confirm that there is no electronic equipment that couls have been damaged at the reat bottom?
I don't dare to test anything before getting an answer and advise from Bubba.
Whatever, I don't want to return ALL the stuff for a damage on the body only...

No issues with damage on my unit, they do have a lot of miles on them before they get to our door steps however.
Best advice I can give is to call Bradley and tell them what you have. My experience and everything I have seen on the forum is they can get you smoken pretty fast. If you have a digital camara a picture may save a thousand words as a follow up.
