Title: BC Bradley
Post by: Sparky71 on February 11, 2015, 12:27:13 AM
BC born and bread, I'm in the interior of British Columbia now where I Hunt, fish, and raise little corn huskers as I married one. Go Big Red!

Excited to find this forum! Have a new 4 rack digital which I broke in this weekend with a whole chicken- the family loved it. Have smoked lots of salmon on a big chief, but little more than that. I'm very excited to try a variety of foods with this- have some moose and venison in the freezer but need to tighten up my smoking game before I bring that out.

With a few hours tomorrow and no meat out of the freezer, any suggestions for a newbie friendly round Two on the Bradley? I was leaning towards ribs ala 3-2-1 after reading that technique.......

Thanks to all of you that make this what it is. Appreciated.
