Those wings look good enough that you don't have to worry about rubbery skin if you are going to the broiler with them. They look great!
the skin on these were soft but not chewy, couple minutes in the broiler crisped them up. plain with the jan's rub (never plain with jan's ) as seen here were good enough for me. #3 mixed some in franks red hot and some in a honey bbq thought there might be 1 or 2 leftover nothing but bones the cat would starve on.
Those wings look great
