Thank you everyone !!! doing pork roast ,beef roast turkey /pork cheddar jalapeño bites and veggies garlic bulbs going crazy!!!.Just a question was going to put alum foil on very bottom drip pan under water bowl but the Bradley instructions says no!! any idea why. Just thought would make clean up a lot better?

Welcome to the forum.
You can line that tray with foil. What Bradley means about not using foil, means not to fully cover the cooking trays or the "V" (Drip) Tray. That can block and trap heat and smoke, which can lead to a fire inside the smoker.
